Director, AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation projects from start to finish, encompassing diagnosis to implementation.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure accountability for project outcomes.

• Create transformation roadmaps that consider client limitations and oversee their execution.

• Identify valuable AI use cases and create prototypes for effective solutions.

• Collaborate hands-on with client teams to develop products from inception to launch.

• Explain AI concepts, technical limitations, and strategic decisions to boards, C-suite executives, and frontline staff.

• Contribute to business growth, explore new project opportunities, and strengthen existing client relationships.

• Implement AI tools within both internal and client processes.

• Help refine Human Agency's delivery methods, learning processes, and team development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or a combination, with a direct impact on results.

• Proven experience in transforming AI from an idea into a tangible solution within an organization.

• Proficient in foundational models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and evaluating build-versus-buy options.

• Demonstrated ability to manage senior-level client relationships, navigate organizational dynamics, handle uncertainty, and keep complex projects on track.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Experience in creating and launching products from concept to reality.

• Remote-first position; applicants from the US and Canada are eligible.

• Occasional travel necessary for client meetings, company events, and important strategic discussions.

• Must provide proof of a project developed using AI.
