This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, launch, and expand Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s AI Data Operations practice.
• Define the strategy, service offerings, positioning, and market approach for AI Data Operations.
• Seek out opportunities throughout the AI development, training, evaluation, deployment, and production phases.
• Create scalable AI operations solutions, operational models, delivery methods, commercial frameworks, governance structures, and implementation guides.
• Cultivate and secure client opportunities by fostering relationships, conducting discovery sessions, leading solution workshops, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements.
• Design operations for data collection, preparation, enrichment, curation, validation, labeling, annotation, model evaluation, human preference, human-in-the-loop processes, trust and safety, computer vision, autonomous systems, and AI monitoring.
• Establish controls for AI quality, governance, privacy, security, escalation, exception management, and production monitoring.
• Represent BGO in strategic discussions with clients and within the industry while contributing to thought leadership.
• Forge strategic alliances with AI-native companies, hyperscalers, AI platforms, data technology providers, and specialized service providers.
• Support global delivery by translating solution ideas into scalable operational frameworks and managed-service processes.
• Create sustainable opportunity pipelines and new revenue avenues for the practice.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting and sales experience is preferred.
• Expertise in the AI domain, including commercial leadership, solution design, practice development, and global operations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data operations, training and evaluation datasets, data labeling and multimodal annotation, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop systems, reinforcement learning, and human preference data, agentic AI operations, AI quality and safety, computer vision, autonomous systems, data governance, and production AI monitoring.
• Capability to formulate AI Data Operations strategies, service offerings, operational models, delivery methods, governance frameworks, and implementation guides.
• Proficiency in engaging with senior stakeholders across AI, Data, Product, Technology, Operations, Procurement, and related functions.
• Ability to lead client discovery sessions, solution workshops, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible data handling requirements.
• Skill in establishing quality frameworks, quality control and assurance mechanisms, escalation frameworks, and production monitoring frameworks.
• Capacity to build partnerships within the AI technology and data ecosystem.
• Experience working with global delivery teams to develop scalable operational models and repeatable delivery standards.
