This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive results for clients, cultivate executive relationships, expand the business, and nurture consulting talent.
• Offer strategic advice on transforming enterprise revenue cycles, improving operations, optimizing technology, and enhancing financial performance.
• Oversee intricate client engagements, ensuring quality, financial performance, client satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Information Officers, and other executive leaders.
• Maintain utilization targets for client billable projects.
• Spearhead enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
• Formulate and execute strategies for revenue enhancement, cash acceleration, denial reduction, and cost optimization.
• Lead strategic conversations regarding operating model design, organizational structure, technology optimization, governance, and performance management.
• Utilize advanced analytics, benchmarking, automation, and industry best practices to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Create revenue cycle solutions, methodologies, intellectual property, and market offerings.
• Head executive steering committees and promote consensus among stakeholders.
• Advocate for automation, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and digital revenue cycle capabilities.
• Provide executive leadership and oversight for engagements.
• Manage client relationships, engagement economics, profitability, scope, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
• Lead sales initiatives, proposal development, statements of work, presentations, negotiations, and contracting processes.
• Develop strategic account plans and strategies for expansion.
• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, webinars, publications, benchmark studies, and market-facing content.
• Mentor, coach, recruit, onboard, and develop Managers, Consultants, and Analysts.
• Lead discussions on staffing and resource planning.
• Complete mandatory annual training and conduct internal educational sessions.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Over 10 years of applicable experience in healthcare.
• At least 7 years of experience in leading revenue cycle operations, healthcare consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex healthcare performance improvement programs.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing senior executives and spearheading large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and advise C-suite and senior healthcare leaders.
• Proficient in business development, relationship management, and consultative selling.
• Expertise in revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, and financial transformation.
• Capability to lead large, intricate client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in developing innovative solutions and practice methodologies.
• Proven leadership in people management and talent development.
• Advanced analytical, strategic problem-solving, and financial management skills.
• Experience leading revenue cycle operations across acute care, ambulatory, physician enterprise, and integrated health systems.
• Healthcare consulting experience with a focus on revenue cycle, financial transformation, operational improvement, or technology optimization.
• Experience overseeing Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, Meditech, or other revenue cycle technology transformation initiatives.
• A history of delivering measurable improvements in cash flow, denial reduction, revenue capture, productivity, and operating margins.
• Proven success in developing new business and expanding executive client relationships.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation programs that involve operational, technology, and organizational changes.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt and shift priorities quickly while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills for both in-person and electronic formats.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers amid various interruptions.
• Willingness to travel 81-100% within the US.
