Direct to Consumer Specialist – Full-time Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer support to retail partners and consumers.

• Address basic customer inquiries and standard issues, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate support team.

• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.

• Efficiently manage and process customer orders.

• Timely and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.

• Offer expert guidance utilizing extensive product knowledge.

• Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer communications.

• Actively engage with customers through various communication channels.

• Record and track customer interactions within the support system.

• Coordinate routing activities and escalate complex issues to the Level 2 support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience in a customer service role is necessary.

• Availability to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Time.

• Excellent communication skills and active listening capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, and Salesforce is required.

• Quick and accurate data entry skills; proficiency in 10-key is an advantage.

• Basic problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to transition smoothly between different software applications.

• Patient and empathetic approach to addressing customer inquiries.

• Adaptability to follow procedures while accommodating diverse customer needs and situations.

• A satisfactory background check is mandatory.

• Compliance with a drug-free workplace policy is required.
