Direct Response Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +5 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the creative strategy for the brand, encompassing angle development, market analysis, brief creation, scriptwriting, and ad account evaluation.

• Generate 15 briefs weekly across various product lines and sales funnels.

• Perform daily research utilizing GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library.

• Evaluate and ensure quality of briefs produced by junior strategists.

• Collaborate with editors via Asana and Frame.io.

• Analyze live performance data and incorporate insights into new creative initiatives.

• Establish and manage a creative team with direct reports as it grows.

• Participate in performance reviews and enhance creative effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in direct response creative strategy.

• Practical experience in health, wellness, or supplements.

• Proven track record with at least one advertisement that exceeded $100k in spending in a single month.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with metrics such as CPA, nCPA, hook rate, CTR, AOV, RPV, and cohort analysis.

• Experience utilizing GetHooked, AdSpy, and the Meta Ads Library for research purposes.

• Background in video production and direct response marketing.

• Knowledge of VSL and large-scale native ad conversion.

• Experience in managing and nurturing junior strategists.

• Capability to excel in agile, fast-paced environments.

• A portfolio or examples of advertisements with spending results must be included with the application.
