Digital Workplace Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tunisia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop the Digital Workplace strategy in accordance with the IT roadmap and business goals.

• Oversee migration and enhancement projects for M365, Teams, intranet, and device management tools, while managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Design and secure Windows/macOS workplace environments utilizing Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD.

• Keep abreast of technological advancements in collaborative tools and their applications.

• Ensure the consistent availability and performance of collaborative tools on a daily basis.

• Address complex incidents with Level 3 expertise and act as a technical reference for support teams.

• Automate repetitive tasks and application deployment processes through PowerShell.

• Implement, optimize, and promote the adoption of modern collaborative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Yammer, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Strong project management experience with both Waterfall/V-Model and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Advanced understanding of identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID) and data security (Purview).

• Proficient in English, particularly in technical contexts and documentation.

• Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5).

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in managing a transformation environment or a multi-stakeholder setting.
