This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee the management of the firm's SharePoint Online environment, which encompasses site architecture, permissions, navigation, and content lifecycle.
β’ Collaborate with HR, Information Governance, IT, Marketing, EDI, Tech Training, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance SharePoint sites.
β’ Spearhead the modernization of outdated intranet content and on-premises file shares into SharePoint and Microsoft 365 within the initial six months.
β’ Create and implement SharePoint governance standards, including naming conventions, permission structures, and content review cycles.
β’ Provide training and support for site owners and content contributors.
β’ Maintain and improve around 18 Power Automate flows, covering financial data processing, task automation, file transfers, and voicemail/fax routing.
β’ Maintain and expand Power Apps utilized by the firm.
β’ Identify opportunities to substitute manual processes with solutions using Power Automate or Power Apps.
β’ Document flow ownership, dependencies, and recovery protocols.
β’ Sustain the current intranet, which includes updates in HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
β’ Manage the office pictorial directory and staff image library.
β’ Plan and carry out the migration of intranet content into SharePoint.
β’ Administer QuickBase databases, including data updates, schema modifications, login activity oversight, and monthly backups.
β’ Provide support for Microsoft Access databases and other user-end database tools.
β’ Maintain legacy ASP.NET applications and coordinate with internal subject matter experts.
β’ Transition scheduled processes from the predecessor's service account to suitable service accounts.
β’ Develop and implement retirement, replacement, or migration strategies for legacy applications in conjunction with the CIO.
β’ Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as accounting, software development, business analytics, information systems, computer science, or a similar discipline.
β’ 4β7 years of professional experience in a business applications, SharePoint, or M365 administrator position.
β’ Proven hands-on experience in administering SharePoint Online, particularly in site design, permissions, and content migration.
β’ Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps, including the ability to build and maintain production flows and canvas apps.
β’ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient for maintaining and updating existing intranet pages.
β’ Experience in administering low-code database tools such as QuickBase and familiarity with Microsoft Access.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for translating end-user needs into technical solutions.
β’ Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting while effectively collaborating across various departments.
β’ Dedication to thorough documentation, knowledge sharing, and minimizing single points of failure in operational processes.
β’ Must reside in Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, Missouri, or New Jersey, and be based in the United States.
β’ Occasional travel to firm offices as required for project work or team meetings.
β’ Fully remote work arrangement.
