Digital Transformation Lead – Global Systems Rollout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive planning and execution of global systems deployments across various regions.

• Create and sustain the implementation roadmap, including timelines and deployment strategies.

• Ensure the successful delivery of multiple concurrent rollout phases.

• Lead, mentor, and provide support to a team of managers.

• Coordinate priorities, resources, and implementation tasks across different regions.

• Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement within the rollout organization.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, IT, Business, and Regional/Local teams.

• Align implementation efforts with business objectives and technical readiness.

• Conduct governance meetings and prepare executive reports.

• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations throughout the program's lifecycle.

• Monitor implementation progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and milestones.

• Ensure consistent quality of implementation across various countries and regions.

• Foster successful adoption of enterprise digital solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale international implementation or rollout initiatives.

• Experience in leading Project Managers, Rollout Managers, or implementation teams.

• Strong skills in program planning and organization.

• Exceptional cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in multinational, matrixed organizations.

• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

• Fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel approximately one week each month.

• Availability to start in the short term.
