Digital Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently plan, oversee, and execute complex consulting and transformation projects for mid-sized firms—from strategic analysis to operational execution.

• Assume overall accountability for projects, encompassing project planning, resource allocation, quality control, and outcome management.

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage various stakeholders from both the client and consulting perspectives.

• Examine business models, corporate processes, and organizational frameworks.

• Formulate practical, economically sound recommendations for action.

• Assist clients with strategic transformation efforts, particularly in areas such as digitalization, process optimization, and innovative business models.

• Effectively communicate and present project outcomes to decision-makers and senior management.

• Actively engage in the growth and enhancement of the Digital Strategy consulting practice, including its methodologies and approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of four years of pertinent professional experience at a top management or strategy consultancy, preferably within the Big Four or a similar organization.

• Demonstrated experience in independently managing intricate consulting projects or significant project workstreams, as well as coordinating project teams.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, strategic insight, and a high level of commercial awareness.

• A confident demeanor at the management level coupled with exceptional communication skills.

• A robust understanding of and sensitivity to client requirements.

• A keen interest in digital business models, technological advancements, and AI-driven transformation strategies.

• Specific expertise in technology or AI is not mandatory.

• An independent, structured, and solution-focused working style, along with a proactive approach, strong execution capabilities, and a sense of responsibility.

• Proficient in German.

• Very good command of English.

• Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
