This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the Trauma digital technologies platform.
• Assist in executing commercial launch strategies and promote the adoption of the Vector platform and other technologies.
• Maintain an accurate customer sales pipeline and achieve quarterly sales forecast objectives for the area.
• Conduct installations by educating both internal and external customers.
• Enhance awareness throughout the designated area.
• Collaborate with the trauma sales team to evaluate leads and identify prospects.
• Facilitate clinical demonstrations, advocacy initiatives, and communicate the technological value proposition and vision.
• Lead site installations and provide early case support alongside the sales consultant team.
• Expand the area pipeline, monitor placement utilization, and achieve enabling-technologies forecast goals.
• Show familiarity with clinical and capital selling pathways for digital products.
• Align digital business strategies with regional objectives.
• Partner with Commercial Education, Professional Education, and Area Sales Leadership to implement educational programs.
• Lead regional tissue labs, product demonstrations, industry meetings, and engagements with surgeons.
• Provide hospital-based onboarding programs and in-services for surgical teams.
• Assist field service in implementing service and repair protocols.
• Influence regional budgets and ensure strategic allocation of funding.
• Utilize data to impact internal and external stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Identify regional needs, risks, and strategies that enhance customer experience and platform proliferation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related fields is required.
• At least 3 years of proven success in selling/commercializing digital technologies, capital equipment, and/or software solutions in healthcare B2B relationships.
• Experience providing customer service to healthcare professionals (HCPs), fostering adoption of new technologies, and developing trust-based relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience is required; experience with orthopedics, endoscopic, navigation, or robotic capital equipment systems is preferred.
• Experience in launching new products through commercialization is necessary.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational facilitators.
• Capability to operate in a clinical, technical, and professional sales environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently; well-organized, energetic, and resourceful.
• Willingness to relocate now and/or in the future as business requirements change.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to complete hospital credentialing is necessary.
• Proficiency in using MS Office is required.
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically, including possible weekend work and overnight stays.
• Majority of time will be spent in surgeon offices and hospitals, including coverage in operating rooms.
