Digital Solutions Specialist – AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in DMS's marketing, branding, and lead-generation initiatives

• Develop high-quality branded graphics and marketing materials

• Oversee and evaluate Meta advertising campaigns

• Aid in social media and digital marketing efforts

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of DMS's online visibility

• Engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone

• Collect pertinent information and assess the initial suitability of potential clients

• Ensure that qualified leads are efficiently directed to the appropriate DMS team member

• Operate remotely from Manila while closely collaborating with the Australian DMS team

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation

• Proficiency in creating professional marketing graphics and digital content using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience in supporting or managing Meta advertising campaigns, including setup, creative development, monitoring, and basic performance reporting

• Proven ability to communicate directly with customers or leads, including conducting phone-based lead qualification or sales/customer service calls

• Skills in managing multiple marketing initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field OR equivalent practical experience

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

• Confidence in engaging with Australian customers and prospective clients

• Comfort in making outbound and inbound phone calls and establishing rapport with potential clients

• Strong visual judgment and capability to produce polished, brand-consistent content

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing processes

• Highly organized, responsive, and capable of working independently

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to adhere to brand, privacy, and communication standards

• Comfortable working remotely from Manila while coordinating with an Australian-based team
