This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in pre-RFP capture through solution whiteboarding, client meetings, and concept formulation

• Collaborate with capture managers, architects, designers, product partners, and engineers to innovate new ideas and technical methodologies, develop engaging narratives, and create supporting visuals

• Aid ongoing capture, proposal, and pricing initiatives throughout the qualification and submission process

• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of software solutions ranging from prototypes to production systems

• Analyze RFPs, PWS/SOWs, and Section L/M criteria to promote compliant and responsive technical solutions

• Author and contribute to technical documentation including architecture, DevSecOps, data strategies, and AI/ML methodologies

• Ensure solutions adhere to federal IT standards such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508

• Create and maintain a repository of products, reusable solution patterns, technical methodologies, and past performance mappings

• Stay updated on trends in federal digital services, AI/ML regulations, and government procurement dynamics

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while promoting robust engineering practices within Labs

• Perform additional related tasks as assigned


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in IT or software engineering, including a minimum of 3 years in a solutions architect or technical lead position supporting federal proposals

• Demonstrated success in developing winning technical solutions for government clients

• In-depth knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps principles, and the AI/ML model lifecycle

• Familiarity with FAR, IDIQ/BPA structures, and federal evaluation criteria

• Proficient with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud-native architectural patterns

• Excellent written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts in clear and persuasive proposal language

• Ability to excel under deadline pressures, work across teams, and navigate ambiguous environments

• Clear and effective communication when leading whiteboard sessions or drafting technical volumes

• Strong general software engineering expertise across various technology stacks

• Comfort in dealing with ambiguous problem spaces and evolving requirements

• Experience in designing and developing modern applications, services, or platforms

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Some roles may necessitate U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree
