This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the product roadmap for UnboundEd's primary digital offerings, including Onyx and OMA.
• Balance immediate feature enhancements with long-term infrastructure and scalability objectives.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to establish product requirements and detailed technical specifications.
• Guide product transitions and integration into the Canvas LMS ecosystem.
• Ensure smooth data acquisition and system interoperability.
• Partner with content, program design, and research teams to synchronize tools with high-quality instructional resources and evidence-based professional learning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing for product launches, user onboarding, and market positioning.
• Serve as a liaison between technical engineering teams and organizational leadership by communicating progress, impact, and challenges.
• Incorporate feedback from educators and research findings into product updates.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and usability standards for digital products catering to Multilingual Learners.
• Utilize analytics and performance metrics to track KPIs and enhance user experience.
• Implement and lead agile project management methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Facilitate the creation and prioritization of product backlogs.
• Manage practice-embedded learning materials for educators.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Education, or a related discipline is required.
• At least 3+ years of professional experience in product management, EdTech, or related technology project management roles.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects within an agile/software development setting.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms, particularly Canvas.
• Understanding of data-sharing/CRM protocols, such as Salesforce and Qualtrics.
• Ability to analyze diverse problems and implement solutions using data, established precedents, and standard EdTech practices.
• Strong grasp of adult learning design and research-based instructional methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for connecting intricate technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.

• Availability from 9 am to 5 pm local time during core business hours.
• CSPO or similar certification is advantageous.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
