Digital Product Owner – Home Automation, IoT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of, prioritize, and oversee the product backlog for digital services and applications throughout their lifecycle.

• Serve as the Agile Product Owner for mobile applications, integrations, licensing models, user journeys, digital marketplaces, partner portals, and web platforms.

• Convert long-term business strategies and product visions into actionable short-term development roadmaps, user stories, and technical requirements.

• Partner with R&D, IT, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to implement, test, and launch digital solutions.

• Assess customer needs, pain points, and market opportunities to identify valuable features and improvements.

• Perform competitor and market analyses to assess industry trends and enhance product positioning.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions via Agile development practices, MVPs, and sprint-based releases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to align priorities and drive product success.

• Assist with product launches and educate internal sales, marketing, and product teams on digital service offerings and their value propositions.

• Track product performance and promote continuous improvement based on customer feedback and business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar capacity delivering digital products and services.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, backlog management, and product lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and effective digital solutions.

• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration within international and cross-functional environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric product development.

• Professional proficiency in German (B2+).

• Fluent in English.

• Experience in IoT, connected devices, or smart home solutions is a significant advantage.
