This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes for cyber platform capabilities that encompass AI enablement, security data products, and tooling integration.
• Define and sustain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog related to platform, data, tooling, and AI-enablement capabilities.
• Convert cyber operations requirements into testable hypotheses, epics, and user stories.
• Lead the discovery and framing process to drive measurable results.
• Establish and monitor outcome-based KPIs, focusing on metrics such as adoption, workflow efficiency, data quality, latency, operational impact, platform reuse, and decision quality.
• Prioritize capabilities that enhance ecosystem consistency, facilitate safe AI adoption, bolster data reliability, and minimize workflow fragmentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform consulting teams to ensure feasibility, security-by-design, scalable architecture, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Promote adoption through documentation, enablement, standards, demonstrations, and feedback loops with operational teams and stakeholders.
• Balance the pace of innovation with governance, defensibility, operational reliability, and long-term platform sustainability.
• Contribute to a cohesive, AI-enabled cyber operations ecosystem across Agentic Cyber Platforms, Security Data & Observability, and Tooling & Platform.
• This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management, platform product delivery, data product ownership, or enterprise tooling ecosystems.
• Proven success in translating complex stakeholder needs into outcome-driven roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• A solid track record of defining strategy and employing metrics to guide prioritization, decision-making, and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Experience in agile, product-centric delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products, platform capabilities, workflow automation, or data-driven operational ecosystems.
• Understanding of security operations workflows, telemetry or observability concepts, and analyst tooling environments.
• Experience with governance-by-design principles such as auditability, data quality, access boundaries, lineage, or policy enforcement.
• Background in building or scaling internal platforms and promoting adoption through reusable standards, integration patterns, and enablement.
• Must submit to a background investigation.
• A dedicated, private workspace free from distractions is required when working remotely.
• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is necessary.
