Digital Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Comprehend essential business goals and product strategy.

• Collaborate with business owners to ensure engagement and backing for product direction.

• Coordinate with external partners regarding website integrations and deliverables.

• Maintain and enhance the product backlog.

• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Clearly communicate customer and stakeholder needs to the engineering team.

• Clarify user stories with the engineering team as necessary.

• Support dependencies between teams.

• Collaborate with the development team to establish and convey release dates and project scope.

• Facilitate POD scrum meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in a product management role or requirements intake position.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

• Experience in writing user stories or a strong willingness to learn quickly.

• Background in ecommerce tools and website design is advantageous, particularly with WebSphere Commerce.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate effective working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer needs and business strategy.

• Capability to explain intricate concepts.

• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic work environment.

• Knowledge of AI tools, including ChatGPT.
