This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee vendor product modifications, which encompass additions, pricing adjustments, integration changes, platform enhancements, and activities related to launch readiness from initial planning to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational inquiries, technical issues, and escalated matters post-onboarding.
• Convert the requirements of vendors and stakeholders into clear specifications for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Comprehend the order-to-cash process from order placement to billing, enhancing reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Support, Vendor Alliances, and other departments.
• Organize meetings and convey timelines, decisions, risks, outstanding questions, and launch readiness status.
• Examine vendor and product challenges, coordinate bug fixes, and monitor issues until resolution.
• Recognize repetitive or cumbersome processes and introduce automation, AI-driven workflows, or restructured processes.
• Work alongside the Vendor Launch team to ensure seamless transitions and support for vendor lifecycle management.
• Enhance vendor relationships, launch preparedness, issue resolution, and internal decision-making processes.
• Significant experience in project management, operations, business analysis, vendor management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective meetings, steer decisions, and maintain alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Practical experience with application programming interface integrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking methodologies.
• Capability to bridge business needs and technical concepts effectively.
• Strong critical-thinking, task-management, and organizational abilities.
• Versatile communication style suited for interactions with individual contributors, senior leaders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring urgency, accuracy, and visibility.
• Experience with artificial intelligence-enabled tools, automation, or process reengineering.
• Interest in emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
• Ability to ask insightful questions, learn rapidly, and work autonomously.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Familiarity with data analysis, Structured Query Language, coding principles, product management practices, Microsoft vendor relationships, or vendor distribution models is advantageous.
• Project management or process improvement certification is preferred but not mandatory.
