This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Acquire, organize, evaluate, and analyze data from both primary and secondary sources.
• Utilize suitable analytical techniques to pinpoint product opportunities and performance trends.
• Provide tailored data solutions, insights, and actionable recommendations to business clients.
• Collaborate with data and software engineering teams on Peek’s data warehouse and data marts.
• Support analytics projects and ensure they are completed with high quality and on time.
• Work alongside product management, marketing, and customer success teams to boost the revenue capabilities of Peek’s SaaS booking platform.
• Assist with financial initiatives through data analysis to aid finance decision-making.
• Engage in Peek’s analytics community by sharing best practices, contributing to discussions, and keeping up with industry trends.
• Explore AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance analysis efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve insight generation and communication.
• A growth-oriented mindset with an interest in modern analytics, automation, and AI tools.
• Capability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with precision and accuracy.
• 1–2 years of experience in extracting insights from large, semi-structured datasets as a product or data analyst in a SaaS software organization.
• 1–2 years of experience writing SQL queries against large and complex datasets.
• 1–2 years of experience with web and mobile analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap, or Pendo.
• 1–2 years of experience with data analytics or visualization tools, including Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Experience with analytical databases like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery, or transactional databases such as Postgres or MySQL.
• Familiarity with using generative AI or LLMs to optimize workflows, reveal insights, or improve reporting and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and data-informed prioritization, iteration, and success measurement.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with guidance and clear priorities.
• Must be located in Mexico and possess work authorization, as specified in the application form.
• Preferred: experience with dbt, Python, R, machine learning libraries, A/B or multivariate testing, experience in travel and activity businesses, agile development teams, or internal assistants/analytical copilots.
