Digital Pathology Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive Digital and Computational Pathology implementation projects, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Serve as the primary coordination hub between clients and internal teams.

• Convert intricate implementation requirements into clear and actionable project plans.

• Develop and sustain detailed project plans for multiple simultaneous customer implementations.

• Track progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies effectively.

• Provide regular updates and escalate issues to project sponsors regarding status, risks, mitigation strategies, and critical decisions.

• Utilize standardized project management best practices and principles from the Danaher Business System.

• Set priorities and establish countermeasures in collaboration with team members and functional managers.

• Ensure timely completion of projects, facilitate project signoff, deliver successful outcomes, achieve revenue recognition, and optimize deployment performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project management within a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated technical setting, overseeing complex customer-facing implementations.

• Practical experience with project management software such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Trello, Jira, or similar tools.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering them on schedule, within scope, and within budget constraints.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to engage with pathologists, laboratory managers, IT teams, and internal cross-functional partners.

• High degree of self-motivation, ownership, and proactive initiative.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, remote work environment with minimal supervision.

• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Proficiency in a second language besides English is advantageous.
