This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Assist in the creation and enhancement of account-based marketing (ABM) and lead generation initiatives.
• Develop and fine-tune custom audience targeting lists utilizing predictive and intent-based tools.
• Evaluate lead quality and audience engagement to propose improvements in targeting and segmentation.
• Set up, initiate, and oversee multi-channel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, and paid email.
• Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and optimize them throughout the sales and marketing funnel stages.
• Manage media budgets across various campaigns and vendors to enhance ROI and operational efficiency.
• Provide insightful, client-ready reports featuring clear recommendations for improved results.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with targeting or messaging to boost conversion rates.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel to monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance and audience behavior.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of reusable campaign templates.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Offer thought leadership on emerging trends in targeting, media platforms, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal creative, tracking, and project management teams to ensure precise implementation and data measurement.
• Over 4 years of experience in B2B digital campaign management within a tech company or marketing agency.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), CRM systems, and audience segmentation tools.
• Experience in managing campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, content syndication, or email.
• Proficiency in analyzing digital campaign performance, comprehending lead funnels, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a client-focused approach and comfort in handling feedback.
• Strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in data storytelling and generating insights that shape campaign strategy.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, lead scoring, or third-party data providers.
• Intermediate competencies in Excel, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and Google Analytics.

• Candidates must reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, or Nevada.
