Digital Marketing Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Revise website content utilizing WordPress (Elementor & HTML)

• Post blog articles and adjust/resize images

• Apply on-page SEO best practices

• Refresh, audit, and maintain business listings across various online directories

• Oversee, respond to, and manage customer feedback on Google and Facebook

• Create, edit, and generate written, video, and photographic content for social media, the website, and print media

• Track social media platforms for industry trends

• Compose copy for marketing materials

• Design and implement email campaigns using Mailchimp

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and sales funnels using company software

• Assist in designing and producing marketing materials and collateral

• Coordinate and promote webinars, campus open days, and special local campus events

• Assess data, analyze analytics, and generate reports on key metrics

• Provide administrative and project support for marketing initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing

• Proficiency in updating pages using WordPress (Elementor & HTML)

• Experience in uploading blog posts and formatting/resizing images

• Familiarity with website health and maintenance

• Experience in implementing on-page SEO best practices, including meta titles, tags, headings, internal/external linking, and schemas

• Capability to create on-brand graphics and collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written

• Conversational proficiency in Australian English

• Understanding of the Australian market

• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools, applications, and AI platforms such as Claude
