Digital Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, and enhance digital B2B campaigns, focusing primarily on LinkedIn.

• Continuously improve landing pages with an emphasis on user experience and conversion rates.

• Utilize HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform to craft campaigns, develop email sequences, and set up automated workflows.

• Deliver pertinent content to prospects as part of the lead nurturing process.

• Aid in the ongoing refinement of the SEO strategy.

• Enhance digital content and optimize the organic presence on LinkedIn.

• Investigate GEO/AI Search opportunities.

• Employ and evaluate AI in marketing to boost efficiency.

• Recognize new use cases for AI.

• Collaborate with the marketing team throughout the B2B customer journey, from awareness and traffic generation to conversion and lead nurturing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some professional experience in digital marketing.

• Preferably, experience in a B2B context.

• Initial hands-on experience with paid social media, particularly LinkedIn Ads.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and an interest in GEO and AI Search technologies.

• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.

• Fundamental understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing processes.

• Data-driven marketing capabilities and comprehension of key performance indicators such as CTR, conversion rate, and CPL.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German.

• Strong command of English.

• A self-sufficient, organized, and proactive work style.

• A keen interest in technology and the ability to grasp complex B2B subjects that require explanation.
