This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Implement B2B email marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads, launching products, driving sales, enhancing customer communications, and facilitating business growth.
• Create emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows utilizing HubSpot.
• Design focused email programs for distributors, dealers, providers, retailers, and other key audiences.
• Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution across various business units and product categories.
• Conduct QA testing and validate campaigns prior to launch.
• Provide monthly analytics and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Build and oversee audience lists and segmentation strategies within HubSpot.
• Examine customer purchasing behaviors, CRM data, and Power BI insights to pinpoint audience segments and uncover campaign opportunities.
• Evaluate campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to enhance targeting, personalization, and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain contact lists, suppression lists, and uphold CRM data integrity.
• Assist with lead scoring, campaign attribution, tracking, and reporting processes in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the development team to refine marketing automation processes and improve CRM functionalities.
• Aid in website updates, creation of landing pages, forms, and campaign content.
• Coordinate the integration of website, HubSpot, CRM, and marketing campaigns.
• Work collaboratively across teams and departments; this role does not have direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
• Proficient in using an email marketing and CRM platform; HubSpot Marketing Hub is preferred.
• Experience in supporting marketing automation campaigns, from workflow creation to performance analysis and optimization.
• Basic design skills for creating emails and other marketing assets.
• Knowledgeable in B2B lead generation, audience segmentation, and best practices in marketing automation.
• Familiar with user engagement metrics relevant to email and web channels.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, identify opportunities, and improve marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
