This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee daily updates to the website, including provider information, location pages, content, and clinic specifics.
• Assist with website improvements and updates in Webflow.
• Contribute to the website's technical roadmap, encompassing updates, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
• Coordinate website and digital marketing projects with Marketing, IT, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, requirements, and execution.
• Provide overall support for digital marketing initiatives and pinpoint opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience.
• Assist with SEO/GEO reporting and recognize opportunities to boost organic and local search visibility.
• Evaluate and enhance website and blog content for SEO, relevance, and performance.
• Implement on-page SEO and content optimizations with agency collaborators.
• Oversee Google Business Profiles, including business details, operating hours, services, and regular updates.
• Manage local listings across platforms such as Moz, Yelp, Facebook, and other relevant sites.
• Ensure accurate and consistent clinic information is maintained across the website and local digital platforms.
• Support SEO and local search efforts across SkinSpirit markets.
• Monitor website and marketing channel performance, assessing traffic, conversions, conversion rates, bounce rates, and other KPIs.
• Compile and maintain regular digital marketing, website, and SEO reports.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist the marketing team with reporting, analysis, research, and daily marketing needs.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, website management, SEO, or related areas.
• Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to work across various channels and initiatives.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, website content optimization, and local search best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when managing website, provider, and location data.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data and applying performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Quick learner of new technologies and platforms, with the capability to work independently.
• Experience with website CMS platforms, Webflow, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Moz, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and communicate verbally.
