📋 Description

• Develop and expand Meta as a primary channel for user acquisition.

• Create and enhance campaigns utilizing AI-driven tools.

• Recognize trends and formulate innovative hypotheses.

• Work alongside creatives to discover effective advertising concepts and formats.

• Conduct A/B testing across various campaigns, target audiences, and advertisement creatives.

• Convert performance insights into actionable briefs for the design team.

• Partner with analytics, creative, and product teams on comprehensive acquisition strategies.

• Oversee advertising budgets.

• Provide reports on channel performance.

• Predict the influence of user-acquisition initiatives on essential business metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, with direct involvement in campaign management within Meta Ads.

• Thorough understanding of Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats, and attribution methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, or optimization.

• Proven experience in managing advertising budgets and translating performance data into business forecasts and reports.

• Strong organizational abilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

• A proactive approach with the capacity to generate ideas and find solutions.

• Experience in fashion-tech is advantageous.
