Digital Marketing and Customer Success Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and organized transition.

• Handle client service responsibilities, including managing deadlines, quality control, roles, and timelines.

• Create briefs for requests and direct them to the relevant teams.

• Develop tactical plans and digital marketing strategies independently for assigned accounts.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients, track outcomes, and transform reports into strategic discussions.

• Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and performance indicators.

• Anticipate service issues before clients feel the need to voice complaints.

• Foster client relationships from the onboarding stage through to renewal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing agencies.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B firms, along with experience in client service or Customer Success.

• Technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: marketing automation, Inbound Marketing, SEO, content creation, or paid media.

• Proficient with project and task management software.

• Competency in using Google Workspace for daily tasks, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

• Capability to plan campaigns and design automation and lead-nurturing workflows in RD Station or a comparable platform.

• Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in daily operations, particularly Claude.

• Background in working with B2B clients, especially in the industrial sector, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with RD Station, HubSpot, and similar platforms is a bonus.

• Digital marketing certifications are favorable.
