Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee standard templated website projects from initiation to launch.

• Organize and allocate tasks within project templates at the start of engagement.

• Ensure Accountability among Accounts, SX, Engineering, and Digital Ads teams to adhere to timelines.

• Propel projects towards launch with efficiency, precision, and transparent communication.

• Recognize deviations from the standard workflow and escalate them to the PM or manager.

• Execute client-facing website tasks, including copy updates and page modifications.

• Communicate expected turnaround times for ongoing requests.

• Escalate tasks requiring development to Engineering and coordinate with the PM as necessary.

• Interact with SMB clients via email and phone.

• Monitor intake forms and voicemail inboxes, escalating issues as needed.

• Sustain project management structure, task assignments, and status accuracy.

• Ensure the correct setup of clients and track data accurately in the analytics platform.

• Confirm call tracking configurations and maintain the accuracy of tools.

• Carry out client offboarding tasks and revoke access from relevant tools, trackers, and platforms.

• Engage in bi-weekly team meetings, pod meetings, manager one-on-ones, and monthly idea reviews.

• Report on project statuses, turnaround times, and obstacles, while contributing to process improvements.

• Proactive in communication, providing updates without needing to be prompted.

• Capability to differentiate between in-scope tasks and those that require escalation.

• Good judgment to escalate issues promptly.

• Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, project management, call tracking, and reporting tools.

• Comfort in remote work and collaboration across Accounts, SX, Engineering, and Digital Ads teams.

• A proactive mindset with a readiness to address or flag issues swiftly.
