Digital Marketing Manager – Organic Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the central website pages, including product pages, landing pages, and use-case pages.

• Continuously improve website pages by analyzing conversion paths, search intent, and identifying content gaps.

• Design and implement A/B tests focused on page layout, messaging, CTA logic, internal linking, and reducing friction.

• Create topic and intent clusters for Bikeleasing and Probonio.

• Produce and refine organic content formats such as guides, glossaries, explainer pages, and comparison content.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that includes a topic backlog, intent logic, content standards, and success metrics.

• Conceptualize lead-generating assets like whitepapers and webinars and oversee their execution.

• Regularly repurpose content into website modules, organic formats, and materials for sales enablement.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Automation teams.

• Propel organic growth and enhance visibility for the Bikeleasing and Probonio brands across search engines, the website, and relevant target audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in enhancing website performance through A/B testing.

• Proven ability to reference specific results and metrics gained from A/B tests.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing websites within the organic search context (SEO + GEO).

• Understanding of strategies to measurably increase visibility.

• Capability to formulate content strategies in a data-driven and SEO-/GEO-focused approach.

• Experience in audience analysis and prioritizing topic areas.

• Proficiency in German at C2 level.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.

• Ability to present complex content clearly and suitably for target audiences.

• Practical experience in Paid Search or Paid Social is advantageous, though not mandatory.
