This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify content angles and formulate hooks and questions for weekly filming sessions with founders.
• Transform long-form videos, podcasts, and webinars into short-form content.
• Craft hooks, captions, and accompanying copy.
• Collaborate with media buyers to produce 4–6 new variants of paid-campaign ad creatives each month.
• Develop static organic and paid social media content.
• Adapt successful concepts and create new variations of content.
• Maintain a well-organized asset library with proper naming conventions and version control.
• Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create platform-specific copy in Co.Credit’s brand voice tailored for a professional broker audience.
• Enhance reach and engagement within the Australian broking community.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages.
• Escalate any complaints and sensitive inquiries regarding products, rates, or credit terms.
• Plan, construct, and dispatch email campaigns and automated flows.
• Oversee email list hygiene, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Conduct A/B tests and document insights.
• Optimize email performance against B2B benchmarks.
• Publish website content, revise copy, and manage campaign landing pages.
• Ensure that social and email content is supported on the website.
• Create landing pages for products and advertising campaigns.
• Track weekly channel performance metrics, including reach, engagement, audience growth, email statistics, and top-performing content.
• Recognize performance trends and integrate insights into the content development process.
• Collaborate closely with founders to convert industry knowledge, ideas, conversations, and activities into content, engagement, leads, and customers.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of social media content creation, especially on LinkedIn and other professional/B2B platforms.
• Exceptional written English skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and persuasive marketing copy.
• Experience in creating and repurposing short-form videos from long-form content.
• Familiarity with managing social media content calendars and publishing timelines.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms, including campaign creation, segmentation, and automation.
• Basic understanding of website content management systems and landing page development.
• Strong comprehension of digital marketing metrics and the ability to leverage data to enhance content performance.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple content projects.
• Comfortable interacting directly with senior stakeholders or founders.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• Willing to work hours that align with Australian Eastern Time.
• Preferred: Experience in B2B, professional services, fintech, lending, finance, or related industries.
• Preferred: Experience in paid social advertising and ad creative variations.
• Preferred: Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar.
• Preferred: Experience in LinkedIn-focused content strategy and audience growth.
• Preferred: Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
• Must disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
