This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Implement, enhance, and oversee integrated digital marketing strategies for designated client accounts.
• Manage client account responsibilities, including tasks, campaigns, deliverables, timelines, optimizations, reporting requirements, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in the development and launch of campaigns, covering setup, budget management, optimization, quality assurance, reporting configuration, tagging, and performance tracking.
• Track campaign performance, budget management, campaign health, reporting accuracy, and platform configurations.
• Recognize issues, opportunities, and areas needing further assistance.
• Collaborate with practice leads, Client Services, creative, content, analytics, and MarTech teams.
• Conduct quality assurance across campaign setup, tracking, reporting, creative, content, and other deliverables.
• Create and sustain performance reports.
• Convert campaign results and trends into insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps.
• Communicate obstacles, risks, performance issues, and execution challenges while working together on solutions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
• Proficiency across various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid search, paid social, SEO, organic social, programmatic advertising, reporting and analytics, and graphic design.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, projects, and timelines concurrently.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, programmatic platforms, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools, and project management tools like Asana.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools; HubSpot is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret performance data into insights, recommendations, and actionable steps.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams in a dynamic agency environment.
• Proficient in English (C1+).
