This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns utilizing provided content and guidance.
• Engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, integrated campaign planning, as well as discussions on fundraising and engagement strategies.
• Perform quality assurance checks on email and SMS campaigns across various devices and email service providers.
• Evaluate and test email subject lines, offering suggestions based on deliverability metrics and previous performance data.
• Dispatch test campaigns to stakeholders, collect feedback and approvals, and conduct quality assurance on tracked links.
• Organize and oversee the scheduling of campaign sends.
• Monitor fundraising and engagement metrics, sharing results and key insights.
• Provide online metrics and essential learnings for integrated campaign summaries.
• Update and maintain evergreen content on the website, manage the editorial calendar, production schedules in Basecamp, and web request updates.
• Upload content to the website via the CMS, which includes online forms, blog posts, press releases, articles, and various page updates.
• Crop images and carry out basic photo editing tasks.
• Edit HTML/CSS source code as necessary.
• Conduct quality assurance on website and online forms, ensuring accurate CRM data capture and mapping.
• Suggest optimizations for content and functionality.
• Adhere to internal workflows for stakeholder reviews, revisions, and timely project launches.
• Assist in managing the online platform, its functionality, and member engagement strategies.
• Travel to NYC as required.
• Execute other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
• High School Diploma (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent (Mandatory).
• Over 2 years of experience in email and web production.
• Proficient in creating emails and SMS messages in marketing platforms; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
• Capability to write in HTML and CSS.
• Experience using a CMS; Drupal experience is preferred.
• Proficient in basic image cropping and editing using Photoshop or similar software (Mandatory).
• Proficient in English (Mandatory).
• Availability to work standard East Coast business hours.
• Open to qualified candidates residing within the United States.
• Willingness to travel to NYC as necessary and participate in the annual in-person team meeting.
