This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, initiate, and oversee digital advertising campaigns aimed at enhancing patient recruitment for both ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
• Develop and refine Google Ads Search and Display campaigns across diverse clinical trial indications.
• Perform keyword analysis utilizing terms based on symptoms, treatments, therapies, and condition management.
• Supervise daily advertising expenditures, modify bids and targeting, uphold budgets, and escalate budget amendment requests as necessary.
• Pause, restructure, and reinitiate underperforming campaigns based on metrics related to lead quality, cost-per-lead, and enrollment conversion.
• Manage and enhance Google Business Profile listings for relevant clinical trial sites.
• Create and oversee paid social and display campaigns on Meta and other designated platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on lead volume, cost-per-lead, click-through rate, conversion rate, lead-to-screen ratio, and enrollment conversion metrics.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance summaries for PAE leadership.
• Align campaign data with site-level screening and enrollment metrics, recommending strategic adjustments accordingly.
• Assess campaign performance by indication, site location, and platform, advising on budget reallocation, keyword expansion, audience refinement, or campaign discontinuation.
• Maintain expenditure tracking records by study and platform while assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.
• Compose patient-facing phone scripts, prescreening questionnaires, ad copy, email templates, SMS templates, and landing page content.
• Design and create study-specific recruitment materials utilizing Canva or similar design tools.
• Develop comprehensive ad packages including copy, visual creatives, audience targeting, budget, timeline, and platform formatting within 7 days of approval.
• Keep an organized, version-controlled repository of approved creative assets, scripts, and templates.
• Ensure patient-facing materials receive IRB and sponsor approval prior to deployment and maintain logs of approval statuses.
• Collaborate with recruitment coordinators, site managers, and PAE leadership to align campaign assets with site requirements and organizational priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A combination of education and directly relevant experience will be taken into account.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Display types.
• Proven experience in writing and managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Demonstrated capability to interpret lead performance data, such as cost-per-lead, lead-to-conversion ratios, and campaign ROI.
• Experience in crafting patient-facing or consumer-facing phone scripts, outreach scripts, or call guides.
• Proven proficiency in Canva.
• Experience in developing ad copy and creative content across various platforms and target audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple active campaigns and content projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Google Ads platform — required.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager — required.
• Proficiency in Canva — required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — required.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools — required.
• Familiarity with additional paid platforms such as YouTube, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic display — preferred.
• Experience in managing and optimizing Google Business Profile — preferred.
• Familiarity with project management or task tracking tools like Trello — preferred.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp — preferred.
• Background in a multi-site clinical research network.
• Prior experience in functions related to patient recruitment, advocacy, or engagement.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and IRB processes.
• Experience in building or managing recruitment performance dashboards or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Background in content writing or marketing communications within a healthcare or clinical research context.
• Must have a dedicated, distraction-free remote work environment with reliable high-speed internet access.
