Digital Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across various accounts.

• Develop and nurture client relationships.

• Evaluate campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

• Oversee and orchestrate campaigns that include SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Analyze data utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Collaborate with Shopify for marketing initiatives related to eCommerce.

• Prepare and deliver updates and reports on campaign performance to clients.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling or expanding services within current accounts.

• Ensure timely completion of client deliverables and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with internal specialists or teams when additional assistance is required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in Digital Marketing Account Management, particularly in an agency environment managing multiple accounts concurrently.

• Strong skills in client engagement and relationship management.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing campaigns, KPIs, and digital marketing strategies.

• Practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Shopify.

• Capability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and discover growth opportunities within accounts.

• Expert-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking/near-native proficiency).

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and a minimum of 4GB RAM.

• Main internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable.

• Backup internet speed of no less than 10 Mbps.

• Availability to work during PST hours.
