Digital Learning Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Champion the adoption of Wiley’s digital solutions by showcasing the advantages of digital courseware.

• Enhance renewable revenue and platform engagement by increasing the number of courses that integrate digital solutions into grading systems.

• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations for faculty, departments, and decision-making committees both in-person and virtually.

• Develop, oversee, and progress a sales pipeline while monitoring opportunities and account activities in Salesforce.

• Discover growth potential through strategic account planning, territory analysis, and land-and-expand strategies.

• Travel locally 40–60% of the week during the selling season.

• Offer onboarding, training, and continuous support for digital solutions, including LMS/LTI integrations and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, product teams, and marketing teams.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on Higher Education.

• Previous sales experience is essential.

• A strong drive, curiosity, and motivation to foster a career in educational technology and sales.

• A passion for assisting faculty and students in achieving improved outcomes through digital learning solutions.

• Self-motivated and adaptable, with the capability to navigate complex sales landscapes and engage multiple stakeholders.

• Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area, with a preference for the west side.

• A valid G driver’s license is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Previous experience in the education sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM is advantageous.
