Digital Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Salesforce Data Cloud administration by creating and activating audiences, resolving issues, and enhancing platform performance.

• Ensure the integrity of marketing data by overseeing data flow across systems and addressing discrepancies to maintain alignment.

• Develop dashboards and reports that convert campaign and business data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement targeted audiences that drive marketing initiatives.

• Manage intent data platforms and vendor partnerships, fulfilling audience requests and supporting campaign targeting through reliable data delivery.

• Assist in evaluating marketing technology vendors and RFPs, aiding in the selection and management of tools that meet team requirements.

• Oversee the project management platform comprehensively — including workflows, request forms, automations, routing rules, and user assistance.

• Lead the onboarding and training processes for marketing technology platforms, ensuring teams can utilize tools effectively and independently.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Data Cloud, intent data platforms, and project management tools, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

• Work collaboratively across marketing, operations, and technology teams to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.

• Define the roadmap for platform upgrades and data capabilities, recommending enhancements that improve operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is preferred.
