Digital Insurance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the implementation of both new and ongoing projects within CoverGo's operations.

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Lead project planning meetings with internal teams and client personnel.

• Assist in crafting solution proposals for client engagements, including proposals and proofs of concept.

• Participate in the design, submission, and review processes for proposals and POCs.

• Aid in the creation of contracts and manage related client communications.

• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for current clients.

• Manage project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure that projects adhere to deadlines.

• Conduct regular/weekly project reviews and generate reports detailing team and project status metrics.

• Oversee the management of incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Identify and address issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Continually optimize and enhance processes and overall approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• Strong knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.

• Significant client-facing experience is required.

• Technical skills are considered a plus.

• Proven experience in managing projects through their entire life cycle.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness are necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Willing and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

• Must be located in Canada.
