Digital Insurance Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage the execution of both new and ongoing projects within CoverGo's operations.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Facilitate project planning sessions with the internal team and client representatives.

• Assist in the formulation of solution proposals for client engagements, proposals, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Engage in the proposal and PoC processes, encompassing design, submission, and evaluation.

• Aid in the development of contracts and related communications with clients.

• Identify and assist in securing growth opportunities for current clients.

• Oversee project advancement and adjust workflows as necessary.

• Ensure that projects adhere to deadlines.

• Conduct regular weekly project reviews and generate reports featuring key metrics regarding team and project status using standard company metrics.

• Manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

• Recognize and handle issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

• Continuously enhance and refine processes and overall strategies as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant technical field is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.

• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the insurance domain is essential.

• Strong experience in client-facing roles is required.

• Technical skills are beneficial.

• Experience in managing projects throughout their entire life cycle.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of resourcefulness.

• Demonstrated ability to complete projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Enthusiastic and willing to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative startup environment.

• Must be located in Canada.
