Digital Health Services Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee project and service coordination for digital health initiatives.

• Assist digital health initiatives and health system partners throughout Saskatchewan.

• Manage digital health services and initiatives among various stakeholders and health system partners.

• Aid in service management activities, including operational coordination post-implementation.

• Track KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate enhancements to current projects that support long-term digital transformation.

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, consensus building, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Assist with project management, implementation oversight, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery monitoring.

• Monitor benefits realization and ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational and provincial goals.

• Serve as a centralized coordination resource across various digital health projects.

• Bridge the gap between business/stakeholder teams and technical/IT teams.

• Provide administrative assistance as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Health Services Coordinator.

• Proficient in coordinating digital health services and initiatives across diverse stakeholders and health system partners.

• Experience in service management and operational coordination post-implementation.

• Strong ability to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Skilled in coordinating enhancements to existing projects that foster long-term digital transformation.

• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, consensus building, and cross-functional coordination.

• Competence in project management, implementation tracking, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery oversight.

• Ability to monitor benefits realization and align initiatives with organizational and provincial objectives.

• Capacity to act as a centralized coordination resource for multiple digital health projects.

• Effective collaboration between business/stakeholder teams and technical/IT teams.

• Proficient administrative support skills.
