This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily package work orders and address out-of-stock scenarios in collaboration with Customer Service, the Senior Inventory Manager, and Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with sales representatives on backorders and canceled orders, providing recommendations and implementing solutions such as releasing, canceling, or substituting pack-on-demand orders.
• Manage access code requests via the JIRA queue while balancing the workload between approvers and code generators.
• Troubleshoot digital product issues across Salesforce, CMS, Klopotek, and Hybris platforms.
• Document new workflows for digital products.
• Conduct pricing and eBook availability audits biannually and following annual price adjustments.
• Distribute agency eBooks and metadata to partners globally.
• Fulfill courseware requests from Akademos, CEI, Follett, and VitalSource.
• Coordinate physical package orders, address inventory challenges, manage digital access codes, set up courseware, and troubleshoot systems for the Operations team.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, digital asset management, customer support operations, publishing, or logistics.
• Familiarity with multiple digital systems and platforms, including ticketing tools like JIRA, CRM tools such as Salesforce, or comparable databases and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail when managing metadata, system codes, inventory records, and conducting catalog audits.
• Problem-solving skills for addressing digital access issues, backorders, and fulfillment challenges.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities across both physical and digital tasks.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Experience in managing data spreadsheets and performing meticulous catalog or metadata audits.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
