Digital Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee EFI Global’s website, digital marketing initiatives, and online brand presence.

• Handle daily website content management and updates.

• Assist in executing digital campaigns and managing CRM operations.

• Contribute to SEO efforts and enhance performance optimization.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of digital content and assets across various platforms.

• Develop visually appealing graphic and digital designs that align with brand standards.

• Coordinate communications and brand experience projects and initiatives.

• Support the communications and user experience teams with both written and visual presentations.

• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to team members.

• Craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent written communications that foster engagement.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, milestone reviews, and status meetings.

• Contribute to the organization's quality programs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must live within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

• A minimum of six (6) years of communications experience or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in communications from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentations.

• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to produce comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports.

• Capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and adhere to deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
