📋 Description

• Format, upload, and publish content within the CMS, ensuring adherence to SEO standards and best practices for user experience.

• Consistently tag and categorize content.

• Select, source, and create images or graphics for web and social media content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

• Transform long-form editorial content into newsletters, infographics, threads, and various other formats.

• Revise evergreen content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Manage content calendars alongside brand editors and coordinate timely submissions with writers and editors.

• Collaborate with developers or digital teams to implement site updates and resolve technical issues.

• Monitor content performance, maintain analytics dashboards, and analyze traffic trends.

• Generate performance-driven insights to inform content strategy and distribution approaches.

• Create and distribute newsletters, conduct A/B testing, and track open and click-through rates.

• Write, edit, and schedule social media posts tailored for specific platforms.

• Uphold brand voice, engage with audiences, and keep an eye on competitors and industry trends.

• Adhere to editorial standards while contributing to planning sessions and content brainstorming.

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of editorial experience.

• Proficiency in writing and editing.

• Knowledge of SEO and AI tools.

• Familiarity with SEO/GEO, analytics, AI, and social media platforms.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Dedication to data-driven decision making and audience expansion.

• Comfort with metrics and data collection methods.

• Experience with CMS and newsletters is preferred.
