This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create carousels, static visuals, and social-first templated videos aimed at driving demand generation campaigns.
• Evaluate content libraries and adapt footage into diverse creative assets.
• Develop multiple variations of spots based on performance metrics of creative content.
• Generate behind-the-camera digital media for platforms like social media and YouTube.
• Design and modify assets utilizing Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Format images, carousels, and videos to ensure appropriate aspect ratios and placements.
• Ideate and implement content strategies that align with established content calendars.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and clients on concepts for testing.
• Track the performance of campaign creatives and enhance asset design, messaging, and visual appeal.
• Represent the creative team in meetings while sharing updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Keep documentation and files organized and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in creating content for YouTube or social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
• Basic skills in photography and video production.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Capability to adhere to established brand guidelines while injecting creativity and innovative thinking into projects.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, uphold quality standards, and stay within budgets.
• Skill in identifying and executing improvements in creative workflow processes.
• Competence in monitoring performance metrics to meet or exceed creative campaign targets.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional partners and department leaders.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in design, digital marketing, creative, or content production.
• A demonstrated portfolio showcasing behind-the-camera content created for YouTube and major social media platforms.
• High proficiency in Canva or similar template-based tools.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Comprehensive understanding of social media video formats, image aspect ratios, and export standards.
• Ability to analyze asset performance and convert insights into innovative content ideas.
• Eagerness to learn and utilize emerging AI-assisted design and content creation tools.
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting and effectively use Slack, Zoom, and email.
• Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
