Content Creator, Online Learning Modules Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Create and develop engaging online learning modules based on provided scripts and transcripts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate.

• Work in tandem with the Employee Programs team and Subject Matter Experts to adapt training content, ensuring precise messaging, tone, and structure in various languages.

• Maintain adherence to organizational branding and learning standards by conducting deck clean-ups, managing administrative reporting in Workday, and analyzing projects for ongoing enhancement.

• Support employee communications and evaluate customer-facing project data to suggest enhancements for learning experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or UX/UI.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline or 11 Labs is advantageous.

• Demonstrated talent in creative design.

• Strong attention to detail in technical writing.

• Possess a “design eye” for social media-style content or podcasting.

• An online portfolio or website that showcases previous work in creative design, animation, podcasting, video editing, or multimedia projects.
