Dance Content Producer – Seasonal Tour Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Prepare all video equipment in advance of the event.

• Lead or assist with the setup of media and troubleshoot any technical issues prior to or during the event.

• Supervise the operation of the livestream and social wall.

• Ensure that production elements adhere to OneBeat brand standards.

• Generate original social media content ideas utilizing event photos and videos, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.

• Film and edit an event recap video that meets OneBeat's quality expectations.

• Make revisions to the event recap video edits post-event, as needed, according to the timeline set by the Social Media Coordinator.

• Manage and organize media submitted by Videographers.

• Choose and upload exceptional Photographer photos for the Social Media Coordinator.

• Provide support to the Photographer or Videographer when necessary.

• Dismantle and properly store all video equipment at the end of the event.

⛳️ Requirements

• Work Samples Required: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their experience in photo and video editing.

• Portfolio submissions should emphasize technical skills, storytelling capabilities, pacing, color correction, sound design (if applicable), and overall creative execution.

• Basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance is necessary.

• Practical knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro is required.
