Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud SCM – P2P

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Lead transformation programs for Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within Higher Education institutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing strategic insights and recommendations for modernizing the supply chain.

• Oversee the design and implementation of solutions across Oracle P2P, which includes Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal/Management, and Accounts Payable.

• Manage the complete project delivery cycle, encompassing requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, risk management, and post-go-live support.

• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the consulting team through active performance management, training, and career growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with Higher Education institutions to enhance procurement operations, supplier management, inventory practices, and overall organizational efficiency.

• Drive the financial success of engagements, including resource planning, budget oversight, and ensuring delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of comprehensive implementation or production support experience with Oracle Cloud P2P.

• Prior experience in leading or assisting with implementations for clients in the Higher Education sector is highly preferred.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to support client or other internal project teams.
