Digital Consulting Manager – Oracle Cloud Risk Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee consulting projects and lead engagement teams.

• Strategize, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with client objectives.

• Mentor junior team members while providing constructive feedback and coaching.

• Travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or internal project teams.

• Implement Oracle Risk Management alongside senior team members.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

• Create functional setups, execute data loads, and assist with integration testing.

• Collaborate with clients on future-state business processes and design functional solutions.

• Execute or supervise configuration, testing, and training initiatives.

• Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.

• Supervise junior staff and manage daily execution of tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in cloud implementations within a consulting capacity.

• Practical experience in implementing Oracle Risk Management.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.

• 5–7 years of experience in requirements analysis, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business users.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud.

• At least one Oracle Cloud Risk Management implementation experience.

• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and cash management.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage project workstreams with minimal supervision.

• Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

• Keen attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

• Enjoyment and aptitude for team collaboration.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio is a plus.
