Digital Channel Support Specialist, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to clients of a leading streaming channel provider

• Act as the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers

• Support viewers via phone, chat, and email

• Deliver account and application assistance, including help with software functionality

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings

• Ensure accurate, real-time responses to viewer inquiries

• Document customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken

• Collaborate with top brands

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French

• Strong command of English

• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts

• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns is essential

• Degree in Marketing or a related discipline

• Background in Digital Marketing

• Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company

• Proficient use of social media platforms

• Basic understanding of digital advertising

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
