Digital Business Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer analytical and project management assistance for corporate and business line strategic initiatives.

• Operate independently while receiving guidance and coaching from senior team members.

• Mentor colleagues within your area of expertise as appropriate.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain relationships with business partners across retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American partners.

• Deliver proactive reporting and analysis to senior management regarding corporate and business line initiatives.

• Address issues and challenges by collaborating with staff, management, internal departments, and external contacts.

• Collaborate across functions to propel strategic initiatives and enhance processes.

• Examine company data to identify and propose initiatives that can positively and significantly influence the company's financial outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive work experience in addition to the experience listed below.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong communication capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Outstanding active listening skills.

• Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects concurrently.
