Digital Banking Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for customers throughout implementation projects

• Familiarize customers with CSI digital banking solutions and the implementation process

• Collect implementation requirements and ensure they align with customer expectations

• Conduct data gathering sessions to assess file movement and system configuration requirements

• Configure applications and assist with system setup tasks

• Lead testing and review sessions with financial institution clients

• Provide training and assist customers during the go-live phase

• Offer post-implementation support to facilitate a smooth transition

• Keep up-to-date with product enhancements and new functionalities

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of customer data conversions

• Complete precise product configurations

• Ensure seamless implementation and go-live experiences

• Foster customer confidence and satisfaction with digital banking solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in banking, fintech, software implementation, customer onboarding, project coordination, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Exceptional communication and customer engagement skills

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Preferred experience in banking, digital banking, or financial technology

• General knowledge of bank accounting is preferred

• Prior experience in supporting software implementations or customer conversions is a plus

• Familiarity with digital banking products and online banking platforms is preferred

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the requirement of visa sponsorship now or in the future

• Willingness to travel up to 25%
