Digital Asset Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Transfer, organize, label, and preserve video content from Nuxeo to SharePoint, MediaValet, and other digital asset platforms.

• Maintain and regularly update a master spreadsheet that tracks past, current, and future video projects, encompassing project status, available footage, transcripts, captions, editing progress, deadlines, and final deliverables.

• Organize and archive substantial video projects while keeping precise records of file locations and access methods.

• Download, upload, transfer, and arrange large video files in accordance with BYU-Pathway’s video production and storage protocols.

• Assist in BYU-Pathway Worldwide’s video production and digital outreach initiatives.

• Aid in communicating BYU-Pathway’s mission and impact through video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess very fast, reliable high-speed internet capable of downloading, uploading, and managing large video files.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to consistently work with detailed spreadsheets and tracking documents utilizing Microsoft Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Capacity to proactively address challenges with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of video production, digital media, or the processes involved in creating and managing video content.

• Must reside in Utah or Idaho.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

• Preferably studying Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Arts, Project Management, or related fields.

• Experience with video production team workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with SharePoint, MediaValet, Nuxeo, or similar digital storage platforms is preferred.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is preferred.
